Take the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the top of Cape Point, enjoy panoramic views of False Bay and lunch at the world-class Two Oceans Restaurant. Stop at Boulders Beach on the return journey to see one of the largest African penguin colonies in the world.
Enjoy a scenic drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve which lies at the southernmost tip of the Cape Peninsula. After a short safety briefing, we set off on a pleasant and easy ride on electric bikes around the nature reserve.
The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve is renowned for its breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful beaches, rich maritime history and unique fauna and flora. The reserve is home to 250 recorded bird species and an array of animals, including the endangered Cape mountain zebra and Eland.
At Cape Point, we stop at the famous lighthouse and then catch the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the summit. If you feel energetic, you can walk up to the top. Enjoy the panoramic views of False Bay and the reserve and lunch at Two Oceans Restaurant (own cost). You can also do some shopping at the Cape Point shops.
Make your way back down to the meeting point for the return journey home. You have the option of stopping at Boulders Beach to see one of the largest population of African penguin colonies in the world.
