You will be picked up from Johannesburg OR Tambo airport, arrival at Shalati is around 13:30pm14:00pm. By 14:00pm you can check in to your suite and enjoy a luxurious rest until 16:00pm when High tea is served in the lounge carriage.
Promptly at 16:30pm you will depart on the 3hr afternoon game drive including a drinks break atsunset. By 19:30 you will be back at the train where dinner will be served at Bridge House. You can look forward to a good night’s rest in the privacy and comfort of your suite.
Be ready by 05:00 am for departure on a morning safari departs of 3 hours with a tea or coffee stop at sunrise.
Hopefully you have good sightings of some nocturnal cats and other animals, before heading back for breakfast served from 08:30am to 10:00am.
Take some time to pack and enjoy a final glimpse of the river and its surroundings before checking out. Your shuttle will then transport you to OR Tambo International Airport.
