The thatched safari lodge lies nestled in a grove of shady Tamboti trees in a quiet corner of Pilanesberg, which was established in an ancient volcanic crater. Arrive at Black Rhino Game Lodge mid-day after exploring the game reserve for a few hours. Enjoy afternoon tea, snacks and relax before it’s time to depart for a late-afternoon game drive in the Pilanesberg Game Reserve. Game drives are in an open safari vehicle with a professional ranger. Return to the lodge as the sun is setting and enjoy a starlit dinner around the firepit on warm evenings.
