05:15– 05:30 AM: Pickup from Hazyview or nearby lodges. After brief introductions, we head toward Kruger National Park, entering through the Paul Kruger Gate. Entering through Paul Kruger Gate, we immediately enter prime wildlife territory. The areas around Skukuza and Lower Sabie are especially known for their lush vegetation and water sources, attracting elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, and an array of birdlife.
Morning Game Drive: Your guide will navigate through key areas where game is abundant, with opportunities to spot animals drinking at the Sabie River and roaming the bushveld. All our guides are in radio communication, sharing updates on sightings for an enhanced safari experience. Tea, Coffee, and Refreshments: We take a mid-morning break to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and water, keeping you refreshed as you continue with your safari adventure.
Lunch Stop at Skukuza Rest Camp (Guests' own expense) We pause for lunch at Skukuza Rest Camp, where you’ll find a variety of meal options available for purchase. Skukuza offers excellent facilities, and you may even spot wildlife along the riverbanks while you dine. Afternoon Game Drive: After lunch, we journey through the Lower Sabie area, known for its dense wildlife population. This area often has exceptional sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and waterbirds along the river, with chances to see leopards and other big cats lounging or on the hunt. Exit through Paul Kruger Gate. With a day filled with incredible wildlife encounters, we begin our journey back to Hazyview, exiting the park through Paul Kruger Gate.
4:30 – 5:30 PM: Return to Hazyview. You’ll be dropped off at your accommodation in Hazyview or nearby lodges, concluding a memorable safari adventure.
