Itinerary

  • Depart from: OR Tambo Airport

Day 1 - Johannesburg to Hoedpsruit

  • Morning flight from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit Airport (HDS): Begin your safari adventure with a morning flight to Hoedspruit, the gateway to the Greater Kruger region.
  • Arrival and transfer to Ndzhaka Tented Camp: You will be met on arrival at Hoedspruit Airport and transferred to Ndzhaka Tented Camp, where your exclusive bush experience begins.
  • Late lunch and time to relax: Enjoy a delicious late lunch before checking into your private luxury tent. Spend the afternoon relaxing at your heated pool, taking in the peaceful surroundings, or watching for wildlife moving through the unfenced camp.
  • 16h00 – Sunset game drive and night drive (maximum 7 guests): Head out into the bush for your first exciting safari experience. Enjoy an intimate game drive as the heat of the day fades, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife, before continuing into the night in search of some of the reserve's fascinating nocturnal animals.
  • Signature bush boma dinner under the stars: Return to camp for a memorable evening around the fire, enjoying a delicious dinner beneath the African night sky while surrounded by the sounds of the bush.

Day 2 - Sunrise and Sunset Game Drive

  • 05h30 – Sunrise game drive or optional 3-hour morning bush walk with an armed ranger: Choose between an early morning game drive, when wildlife is often at its most active, or experience the bush on foot during a guided walking safari. A bush walk offers a completely different perspective, allowing you to explore the smaller details of the African wilderness while accompanied by an experienced armed ranger.

    Please note: The bush walk must be requested at the time of the original booking and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed if requested after arrival.

  • ±09h00 – Bush breakfast: After your morning activity, enjoy a memorable breakfast served in the heart of the bush, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
  • Leisure time at camp: Return to your private luxury tent and enjoy the rest of the morning at your own pace. Relax in or beside your private heated pool, unwind in your private boma, or simply enjoy watching wildlife move through the unfenced camp.
  • Lunch: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at camp before taking some time to rest and recharge ahead of your afternoon safari.
  • 16h00 – Sunset game drive and night drive: Head back into the bush for another exciting safari experience. As the afternoon cools, search for the Big Five and other wildlife before continuing into the darkness to discover the fascinating nocturnal animals of the Greater Kruger.
  • Dinner and overnight: Return to Ndzhaka Tented Camp for dinner and another peaceful evening surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 3 - Final Sunrise Game Drive and Return

  • 05h30 – Final sunrise game drive (maximum 7 guests): Enjoy one last early morning safari as the African bush comes to life. The cool hours around sunrise are an excellent time for wildlife viewing and offer a final opportunity to search for the Big Five and other animals before returning to camp.
  • ±09h00 – Breakfast: Return to Ndzhaka Tented Camp for breakfast and enjoy your final moments in the bush before preparing for your departure.
  • Transfer to Hoedspruit Airport: After breakfast, you will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport (HDS) in time for your return flight to Johannesburg, bringing your unforgettable Greater Kruger safari experience to an end.
