The route will take you through the lowveld escarpment offering breathtaking views. Passing the mountains, you reach the higveld of the Gauteng Province. Here flat farmlands await with a few historical sites dotted in between. These sites were battlefields used during the Anglo-Boer war in the early 19th century.
