3-Day Kruger Manyeleti Main Camp Safari

Your Manyeleti safari adventure begins with an early 07:00 departure from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. Travel in comfort by shuttle as you leave the city behind and make your way towards Hoedspruit, with the scenery gradually changing from urban landscapes to the open bushveld of South Africa's Lowveld.

Arrive in Hoedspruit at approximately 13:00, followed by a transfer to Manyeleti Main Camp. You should arrive at around 14:20, where you can check in, settle into your comfortable chalet and take some time to relax before your first safari activity.

Later in the afternoon, transfer to Ndzhaka Tented Camp for a late lunch. After lunch, prepare for your first game drive of the safari.

At approximately 16:00, head into Manyeleti Game Reserve with the experienced Ndzhaka team for a 3-hour sunset and night game drive. The afternoon is an excellent time to explore the reserve as temperatures begin to cool and wildlife becomes more active. Keep your eyes open for elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelope and predators such as lions and leopards. As darkness falls, the drive continues into the night, offering the opportunity to spot nocturnal animals that are rarely seen during daylight hours.

After your game drive, enjoy a memorable bush boma dinner under the stars at Ndzhaka Tented Camp. Surrounded by the sounds of the African bush, this is a wonderful way to experience the atmosphere of Manyeleti after dark.

After dinner, return to Manyeleti Main Camp for your overnight stay, ready for an early start and another exciting day of safari tomorrow

Start your day early at 05:30 with a sunrise game drive through Manyeleti Game Reserve. Accompanied by the experienced Ndzhaka team, head out into the reserve as the bush awakens. The cool morning temperatures and soft early light create excellent conditions for wildlife viewing, with the possibility of encountering elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelope and predators such as lions and leopards.

After approximately three hours of exploring, stop for a memorable bush breakfast around 09:00. Enjoy your breakfast surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness before returning to camp. The rest of the morning and early afternoon is free for you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Manyeleti Main Camp.

As the afternoon cools, prepare for your second safari of the day. At 16:00, set off with the Ndzhaka team on a 3-hour sunset and night game drive. Watch the bush come alive as the sun begins to set, then continue into the darkness with a spotlight in search of nocturnal wildlife. The night drive offers a completely different safari experience and the opportunity to see animals that are rarely active during the day.

After your game drive, enjoy dinner at Ndzhaka Tented Camp before returning to Manyeleti Main Camp for your overnight stay. Relax and take in the sounds of the African bush after a full and rewarding day of wildlife encounters.

Begin your final morning in Manyeleti with an early 05:30 sunrise game drive alongside the experienced Ndzhaka team. Set out as the bush awakens for one last opportunity to spot wildlife in the cool morning conditions. Keep watch for elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelope and, with some luck, predators such as lions and leopards.

After approximately three hours in the reserve, return to Ndzhaka Tented Camp for breakfast at around 09:00. Enjoy a final meal in the peaceful surroundings before preparing for your departure.

At approximately 09:45, bid farewell to Manyeleti and begin the journey towards Hoedspruit Airport. Arrive at approximately 11:05, allowing you to continue with your onward travel or connect with the shuttle service back to Johannesburg.
