This safari tour takes you to Mluwati Concession in central Kruger National Park which is South Africa’s largest and oldest national Park. Imbali Safari Lodge is one of three luxury safari lodges in the 10 000- hectare private concession and offers guests luxurious accommodation in a spectacular bushveld setting and an outstanding safari experience.

Guests are picked up early in Johannesburg and driven to the Kruger National Park in a luxury tour vehicle. It’s a 5-6 hour drive, with a refreshment stop along the way. Arrive midday, enjoy a light lunch and relax around the lodge before it’s time to depart for a lateafternoon game drive in the Mluwati Concession. Return to the lodge as the sun is setting and enjoy a delicious starlit dinner at the outdoor boma if it’s a warm evening. Overnight in a luxury suite at Imbali Safari Lodge.

Start your day early with hot beverages and rusks before joining your ranger for a 3-hour game drive. You’ll explore Mluwati Concession as well as parts of central Kruger Park. Return for a hearty breakfast; enjoy hours of relaxation on your private deck with its own plunge pool, a light lunch and delicious High Tea before its time to depart for the evening game drive. Overnight in a luxury suite at Imbali Safari Lodge.

Wake up early for hot beverages and breakfast pastries and then join your game ranger for your last game drive in the Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a late breakfast on your return before checking out. We depart late-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg. Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg late afternoon (approx 17h00).

If you plan to fly out of OR Tambo International Airport on the last day of the safari tour, we suggest reserving a domestic flight that departs no earlier than 19h30 and an international flight that departs no earlier than 21h00.
