Take a morning flight from Cape Town to Hoedspruit Airport, (flight included, quoted at a fixed rate but may vary at time of booking). Upon arrival, savor a delicious lunch, check into your luxurious suite, and head out for a sunset drive in Blue Canyon Reserve, complete with sundowners and snacks. Return to the lodge for dinner. Overnight: Ivory Moon Lodge (lunch and dinner included).
Set off early for a full-day adventure in Kruger National Park’s Orpen Satara region, famous for its lion prides and Big 5 encounters (bottled water and packed breakfast included). Return to the lodge in the afternoon for a relaxing evening and dinner.
Start with a guided bushwalk in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, getting up close to plains game and discovering the bush’s intricate details with expert insights. (Opt for a sunrise safari in a Big 5 private reserve instead, at additional cost arrange in advance.) Return for a final breakfast on the viewing deck, then check out for the shuttle back to OR Tambo.
