Guests are collected from the OR Tambo Airport Bus Terminal around 07:00 and transferred to the lodge by road in a comfortable vehicle. It is a 5 to 6-hour drive, with necessary pit stops en route. Upon arrival at the lodge, guests will have time to refresh before embarking on the first afternoon/sunset safari drive in the game reserve. The safari drive will be conducted in an open safari vehicle, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the wildlife experience. After the exhilarating game drive, guests can indulge in a scrumptious dinner served in the boma at the lodge, offering a unique dining experience.
Start your day early with a guided morning game drive in an open safari vehicle, allowing you to witness the African wildlife in its natural habitat. Return to the camp and savour a delicious breakfast, followed by leisure time to relax or explore the surroundings until lunch. In the late afternoon, depart on another exciting safari drive in the open vehicle, taking in the sights and sounds of the wilderness. Experience the beauty of a breath taking sunset before heading back to camp for dinner. Gather around the campfire for engaging conversations and memorable moments before retiring for a restful night's sleep, ready for the adventures of the next day.
On this last day of your safari, you will have time for one more early morning safari drive. After breakfast, you will be collected from the Lodge and transferred back to OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg.
Typically included in the 4-day Imagine Africa Lodge Safari is 4 Nights of luxury accommodation in tents, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the lodge, Guided morning and afternoon safari drives, Entrance, and conservation fees in the Park.
The 4 day Imagine Africa Lodge safari typically does not include airfare, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses (such as souvenirs, drinks, and laundry services), gratuities for guides and staff, and optional activities that are not included in the itinerary
The Imagine Africa Lodge Safari offers luxurious tented accommodation with six elevated canvas tents, fully furnished and air-conditioned to provide a comfortable stay. Each tent can accommodate two guests, with a maximum of ten people in the camp. The tent has a comfortable seating area and a coffee/tea/desk station, a private deck, two extra-long 3/4 beds, which can be converted into a super king-size bed, and private bathroom facilities incl. an inside shower and toilet.
