Your adventure begins when you arrive at the lodge. Your transport from Johannesburg to the lodge can be arranged (shuttle, private transfer and flights) at an additional cost. Arrive at the lodge and settle into your luxury tent, with a private deck and plunge pool overlooking the lake. Relax and freshen up before joining your guide for your first afternoon game drive in the reserve. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner under the African stars. Spend the night in your comfortable accommodation at Chitwa Chitwa Lodge, where lunch and dinner are included in your deal.
Wake up early and have a hot beverage and rusks before heading out for your 3-hour game drive. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast and decide how to spend your day. You can relax by the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, browse the curio shop, connect to the Wi-Fi or sip some drinks at the bar lounge. Enjoy another exciting game drive in the afternoon, where you will have more opportunities to see the animals and learn about their behaviour and ecology from your expert guide. Return to the lodge just in time for another mouth-watering dinner. Spend another night in your luxury accommodation, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included in your deal.
On your last day of your safari, rise early again and have a hot beverage and rusk before departing on your final game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast and pack your bags. Depart for Johannesburg around mid-morning.
