Fly into Kasane airport, to be warmly greeted by the team and transferred via road to Elephant Valley Lodge, a scenic journey of approximately 20-30 minutes to the lodge. Upon arrival, settle into your spacious tent and take in the undisturbed surroundings. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink and lunch at the lodge's dining area. In the afternoon, depart on a thrilling 4x4 game drive in Chobe National Park, renowned for its remarkable wildlife diversity, including the largest population of elephants in Africa. Accompanied by experienced guides, venture deeper into the park and witness a variety of wildlife species in their natural habitat. From seeing majestic elephants to elusive big cats, every moment promises an unforgettable safari experience. After an exhilarating safari, return to the lodge for a delightful dinner served under the starlit African sky. Relax and delight yourself in the sounds of the African bush as you recount the day's adventures with fellow guests.
After a good night’s sleep, you will enjoy an early breakfast before departing on an early game drive in an open safari vehicle, driven by an expert guide. Watch out for some nocturnal animals still around and enjoy the fresh morning in the bush. Get back to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation, before departing on one of the highlights of this tour: a boat cruise on the iconic Chobe where you'll be able to observe even more of the region’s wildlife along the riverbanks. A sundowner on the river will be the perfect round-off for a stunning adventurous day, before heading back for dinner and a good rest.
Awaken to the gentle sounds of nature again and savour a delicious breakfast at the lodge's dining area. Following breakfast, venture on another boat cruise or game drive, keep your binoculars and camera at hand to capture more sightings of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, birds and many more in their natural habitat. Look out for the majestic Fish Eagle in action! After the boat cruise or game drive, return to the lodge for a final farewell and check-out. Bid farewell to the serene wilderness of Elephant Valley Lodge as you are transferred back to Kasane for your onward journey.
