Travel from Johannesburg in an air-conditioned tour vehicle to Tremisana Game Lodge, located in the Balule Game Reserve which falls within the Greater Kruger. Settle into your chalet and relax until it's time to depart late afternoon for a 3-hour sunset game drive in the private reserve. Return to lodge for an authentic African braai (barbecue) deep in the bushveld at Marula Tree Boma.
Wake up early for a delicious breakfast before setting off to a remote corner of Balule Game Reserve for a 4-hour guided bush walk along the Olifants River with an armed safari guide. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a real bushveld experience while keeping a keen eye on the thick bush for the Big Five and an abundance of antelope, predators and indigenous birds. Return to Tremisana Game Lodge for a late breakfast and refreshments, relax and freshen up before it's time for mid-afternoon tea and the afternoon game drive which takes you from Balule to to your accommodation in Motlala Game Reserve.
Wake up early for a hearty breakfast before setting off for a full-day safari tour of the Kruger National Park. We enter via Orpen Gate and spend the day exploring the upper-south and central region. Lunch break at a popular Kruger Park rest camp (for your own cost). Return to your lodge as the sun sets; freshen up and join your guide for a starlit dinner at the lodge lapa.
Wake up early and join an armed ranger for a 1- hour guided bush walk in the private game reserve. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing midmorning for the return journey to JHB, travelling via the famous Panorama Route. Arrive in JHB late afternoon (approx. 17h00)
