Embark on a thrilling 4-day safari adventure in the world-renowned Kruger National Park in South Africa. Stay at the Timbavati Safari Lodge, situated just 20km from the Orpen Gate, and enjoy en-suite and air-conditioned accommodation adorned with traditional Ndebele artwork.
Depart from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport and travel to the Timbavati Safari Lodge near Kruger National Park. Check in to your en-suite accommodation painted with Ndebele traditional artwork. Join an afternoon open vehicle safari drive in the Moditlo game reserve. Return to the Lodge at sunset for a beverage and dinner served at the Lodge.
Wake up early and depart at approximately 6:00 am for a full-day open vehicle safari drive in Kruger National Park. Enjoy brunch along the way (at your own cost) and stop for refreshments later in the day. In the evening, you will enjoy dinner, served as a buffet in true African style in the open-aired traditional boma or alongside the pool with the magnificent bar, only an arm’s length away.
Today, depart on a day trip along the stunning Panorama Route. This route is a top destination in South Africa, featuring winding roads that lead to the impressive Blyde River Canyon, God's Window with its breathtaking views, and a magnificent waterfall. Pinnacle Rock and Wonderview are additional highlights along the way. You'll also explore the historic town of Pilgrim's Rest and enjoy lunch in Graskop (at your own expense). Return to the lodge by 16:00 for a leisurely pre-dinner walk. Breakfast and dinner are included in your package.
On your last morning, you have the choice to unwind at the lodge for the day or depart on an optional 3-hour morning safari adventure (additional R1350). After breakfast you will take a shuttle back to OR Tambo International Airport for your departure.

If you plan to fly out of OR Tambo International Airport on the last day of the safari tour, we suggest reserving a domestic flight that departs no earlier than 19h30 and an international flight that departs no earlier than 21h00.
