The package may also include park entrance fees and other activities, such as bush walks or night drives.
The best time to go on a 5-day classic Kruger safari depends on your interests and preferences. The dry winter months (May to September) are typically the best time for game viewing, as the animals tend to gather around water sources and are easier to spot in the dry vegetation. However, the summer months (October to April) offer lush greenery, bird-watching opportunities, and the chance to see baby animals.
Kruger National Park is home to a wide variety of animals, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino), as well as other predators like cheetahs and wild dogs. You may also see giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of antelope species. The park is also home to over 500 bird species, making it a great destination for birdwatchers. However, the exact animals you will see on your safari can vary depending on factors such as season, weather, and luck.
