You will be picked up from Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport and transported to Sekekama Tented Camp, where you'll check into your glamping site by 2:00pm. After settling in and exploring the camp's facilities, you'll embark on a thrilling 3-hour afternoon game drive through the Greater Kruger's Blue Canyon at 3:00pm. This open vehicle safari offers a chance to spot iconic wildlife and big 5 as well as other antelope and plains game . Upon returning to the camp around 7:00pm, enjoy a delicious meal by the boma fire and spend a serene night under the starlit sky.
You may find yourself drifting off to sleep to the sounds of lions roaring or hyenas howling around the camp throughout the night. If you're particularly fortunate, you might even hear both simultaneously. Included: Dinner
Start your day early with coffee and rusks before heading into Kruger National Park for a morning safari. The safari begins around 6:00am and concludes around 9:00am. During this time, enjoy a packed breakfast amidst the park's natural beauty. After the drive, return to the camp for a quick shower before your departure. You will leave the camp and anticipate arriving back at OR Tambo International Airport between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Included: Breakfast
Guests are collected from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport between 7:00 and 7:30. Collections from any other Johannesburg hotels or addresses are possible at additional rates.
Guests are dropped off at Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport around 17:00, other hotels or addresses can be arranged at additional rates.
MoAfrika Tours and its service providers provide cost-effective transfers for groups of 2 – 12 people per vehicle; please let us know if you prefer a private tour (additional rates may apply).
Keep in mind that if you plan to fly out of OR Tambo International Airport on the last day of the safari tour, we recommend booking a domestic flight no earlier than 19:30 and an international flight no earlier than 21:00.
