Tour Start and Finishing times

We can collect you from any hotel or Address in Johannesburg, and the collection times will be communicated with you via email when booking the tour with us.

Our guides and operations team try their best to keep to the collection time allocated, however there may be slight delays depending on traffic, weather and other unforeseen circumstances along the road.

Transport

Our fleet includes a variety of vehicles, from 3-seater sedans and 13-seater air-conditioned minivans to 22-seater buses. We also offer specialized 4×4 safari vehicles perfect for exploring Kruger and Pilanesberg. With more than 55 vehicles positioned throughout the country, each one is insured for passenger liability and boasts a well-maintained service history.

The selection of the vehicle for each tour is based on the number of guests participating.

Meals

We cater for all diet requirements on our tours, however we do recommend contacting us before the travel date and inform us on your diet requirements. In certain cases there is a surcharge for certain diet requirements whilst on tour with us.

Gratuities

Tips are greatly appreciated by all of the guides we make use of on all of our tours, however tipping your guide is not expected, we do recommend a tip of a Minimum of R50.00 per person per tour.

We do recommend contacting your local embassy in order to get more details on Visa and Passport requirements when travelling to Southern Africa.
