Accommodation adjacent to Greater Kruger
Marc’s Treehouse Lodge is located in the Motlala Game Reserve which is home to 3 of the Big 5 (rhino, buffalo and leopard) and an abundance of antelope.
Motlala Game Reserve is a 3 000-hectare private reserve that falls within the Greater Kruger National Park. It is ideally located to the iconic Kruger Park and the major tourist attractions of the Hoedspruit region.
The treehouse accommodation is rustic but comfortable. Comfort features include electric fans, mosquito nets and comfortable single beds with linen, towels and soap provided.
Each treehouse has its own private bathroom and a viewing deck with a lovely view of Breakfast Dam.
Children of all ages are welcome at Marc’s Treehouse Lodge.

The Kingdom at Victoria Falls is one of the most popular hotel to stay at on the Zimbabwe side of the Falls. It’s a casual 10-minute walk to the iconic waterfall and the centre of town, and close to the main outdoor attractions.
This striking hotel is known for its African-themed architecture that is inspired by the ancient Kingdom of Munhumutapa.
The Kingdom at Victoria Falls is more than just a hotel. It’s a family-orientated entertainment centre with a massive food court, 3 restaurants, indoor and outdoor bars, 4 pools, a man-made lake, spa and wellness centre, beauty parlour and hair salon and the popular Makasa Casino.

Settle into your chalet and relax until it’s time to depart late afternoon for a 3-hour sunset game drive in Balule Game Reserve in an open safari vehicle. Enjoy a starlit dinner at Marula Tree Boma which is set up deep in the bushveld.

Early morning wake-up for hot beverages and rusks and then we set off for a remote corner of Balule for a 4-hour guided bush walk along the Olifants River with an armed safari guide. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a real bushveld experience while keeping a keen eye on the thick bush for the Big 5.
Return to your lodge for a late breakfast and refreshments. Relax in your room or at the pool until it’s time to depart after lunch at 15h00 for an afternoon game drive in Balule in an open safari vehicle.
Instead of returning to Tremisana Game Lodge, we make our way to Marc’s Treehouse Lodge in Motlala Game Reserve which lies adjacent to Greater Kruger.

Wake up early for hot beverages and rusks and then it’s time to depart for a full-day safari tour in Kruger Park in an open safari vehicle. We enter via Orpen Gate and spend the day exploring the upper-south and central region. Lunch break at a popular Kruger Park rest camp (your own cost).
Return to your lodge late afternoon as the sun is setting. Dinner is served at the outdoor boma under the stars.

We travel via the famous Panorama Route and stop along the way at the main viewpoints and for refreshment breaks (your own cost). Expect to arrive in Johannesburg between 17h00 and 18h00.

On arrival in Victoria Falls, you’re picked up and transferred to Kingdom Hotel in an air-conditioned shuttle bus. Book in, freshen up and enjoy the lodge facilities before it’s time to depart late afternoon for a 4-hour sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi River.

Or, you can opt to take it easy and enjoy a tour of the historic Victoria Falls Bridge and a leisurely afternoon at a spectacular restaurant that overlooks the mighty waterfall. A real treat is High Tea on Stanley’s Terrace at the Victoria Falls Hotel.
